HOW IT WORKS

We have the expertise, but not a liquor license! Don’t fret! You provide the alcohol and we send outstanding TIPS certified bartenders to you! You choose from a list of cocktails we can create, help you find where to pick up your booze, and bring all the juices, sodas, non-alcoholic mixers, garnishes, napkins, straws, glassware, cups, and brains needed to make our cocktails. We do some pretty incredible stuff, so let your imagination run wild with our offerin’s! We have liquor and general liability insurance to cover events all over the bonnie State of Colorado!

Many years of combined knowledge, travel to the places of origin, and indulgence in the finer things in life have allowed up to truly step your event up! You name it: Scotch, Whiskey, Tequila, Rum, Gin, Vodka, or any other assortment of liquor or liqueurs… we’ve know what to use in the well or top shelf! We are always learning more.

Jimmy Dickson

Publican/Owner/Bartender

Jimmy has worked in the food service industry off and on for more than twenty years. He holds a degree in History and Geography from the University of Northern Colorado and has worked in restaurants, bars, event venues, summer camps, political arenas, and for non-profits. His knowledge of bartending, the history of alcohol, and world history lend to his abilities to concoct amazing cocktails that you’ll be sure to enjoy til the last wee dram!
